I can only describe it like receiving the warmest hug. x The care and devotion to mum was so so lovely. You not only deal with questions with professionalism but with the utmost care and devotion to your customer – in this case our Mum. Our mum looked lovely when we were reunited. She would have liked that. It was Sam I saw that day. You were so kind, and when you knocked the door to let mum know I was there I was a mess as this was something I always did when I visited mum often. I would open the door but knock at the same time and say ‘Hi mum, its only me.’x A thank you doesn’t really seem enough.
