We recently lost my wonderful Dad and during the hardest time of our lives Ivor Thomas Funerals provided the most compassionate yet professional service we could have wished for. I didn’t know much about how funeral homes operated so had phoned a few days before my Dad had passed as we knew we needed to choose somewhere special for his resting place, and from the moment my call was answered I knew we (and most importantly Dad) would be in the best hands. Diolch o galon to every single one of the team for looking after him so well and for helping us to give him the celebration of life he so deserved.

We wish to thank Ivor Thomas Funerals for their support in arranging my late wife's funeral in such a respectful and dignified manner. During this very difficult time everyone was very kind and easy to communicate with, guiding us through the process at a time when we were struggling. A special thank you to Mark for the warmth and compassion he showed to all the family during this horrendous time. He was very kind, professional, caring and always available to provide advice and answer any questions we had. The funeral service went beautifully with great attention to detail. All who attended commented that it was a beautiful service and lovely tribute to my dearly departed wife. The floral displays prepared by Mark’s mum were gorgeous, another thing that was arranged perfectly by them.

We can't thank Mark and his team enough, having never had to go through something like this before, Mark came out to see the family and walked us through the things we needed to do ,gave us options for things and where there for us if and when we needed. Your calmness, kindness and while completely professional every member of staff I've been in touch with has been the most personable, understanding and human - from the moment we spoke to someone on the phone to make an appointment you have all been fantastic, we've never felt rushed, left out of the loop or like questions couldn't be asked - even at the last minute changes and the uncertainty of me!!!
