James summers were professional and attentive throughout the whole funeral process. Zoe the funeral director was excellent - she explained all of the processes, kept excellent communication and most importantly (for me) had attention to detail to add personal touches to make the funeral a special one to remember a loved one. No request was too much for her, and went above and beyond to make the day a comfortable and memorable one. Zoe the limousine driver was also incredible, putting the family at ease in a professional and supportive manner. The whole team did excellently. Thank you

I had to arrange a funeral for my late husband and it is the hardest thing to do. However, what could have been a really traumatic experience was made into an easy, dare I say, pleasant experience. Tara is very professional, experienced and pleasant. She gave me excellent advice about all aspects of the funeral and introduced me to a very lovely celebrant who conducted the service. On the day of the cremation Neil, the undertaker, was brilliant. Once again very pleasant and helpful as was Andrew Perry the limo driver Tara regularly contacted me and met with me before and after the event and I really cannot praise her highly enough. All in all I can give James Summers Whitchurch a very, very high recommendation. Thank you all.

Our experience of James Summers Newport Road Cardiff. We would like to thank the wonderful staff, Abigail, Zoe and all the team who took such great care of my mum whilst she was resting in the home. The team were very respectful, courteous and mindful of mums and our wishes. There was nothing asked of them that was too much trouble, they provided an excellent and dignified service for my late mum. Thank you all so much, you were all truly appreciated at a very difficult time.

The arrangements for the funeral of our mother, Eileen Molly Callus, were beautifully managed. Staff were thoughtful and supportive. Nicola was able to offer advice and led the family through the process . Zoe, on the day of the funeral, was well organised and reassuring. Absolutely amazing service at what has been the worst time of our lives, Zoe has been a rock, someone we have relied on throughout the process. From start to finish, nothing was too much to ask of her, her professional but very caring approach to everything we arranged was first class. On the day of the funeral Zoe was calm and collected when all around her people had raw emotions and handled every part with the quality she'd shown from the first meeting. I can not recommend Zoe or James Summers highly enough. Thanks for everything you have done and making a very very tough time a little easier.
