From the very first phone call to Cravens at St John's Road Huyton Kelly made us feel safe, reassured and in reliable hands. She was professional and honest and explained everything to us in a calm, caring way. Nothing was too much trouble at all and no questions went unanswered. Everything was dealt with and the pressure was completely taken off us. The wonderful service continued on the day of the funeral when Neil and his team took charge and made the day just as special and important as we wanted it to be. Kelly offered to hold on to the ashes until we were ready and again she acted with great compassion and understanding. We received outstanding service for our loved one and would highly recommend Craven Funeral Directors.
I went to organize my funeral plan today at page moss, the lady who dealt with me was named jacqui who was very efficient and pleasant, she done a fabulous job of talking me through everything so I totally understood, so now I can relax knowing my funeral is sorted, she's a credit to the company,
Cravens helped to make all the arrangements for my mums funeral. They were outstanding. Every detail we asked for was delivered. Their professionalism, kindness and compassion was brilliant. Phillip helped with everything and he is a credit to Cravens with his care and consideration to every request we made. Cannot recommend highly enough
My mum wanted a funeral plan so I rang cravens and we met with Jackie , she was such a friendly , professional and lovely woman she explained everything to my mum and was so patient and caring . She is a credit to cravens . We have used cravens for all our family funerals they are so caring .

What a wonderful funeral directors. We can’t thank them enough for their empathy and kindness during what is a difficult time for any family. In particular we would like to thank Brian for his kind and gentle nature and his most professional approach. I would certainly recommend their services to others. Even the celebrant they referred us to is worth mentioning, Karen, again her understanding and sympathetic approach was perfect and her tribute to our family member was beautiful. Even the printers they referred us to were fantastically quick and produced wonderful order of service brochures that we were more than delighted with. Thank you all once again.
