I can’t thank Jon, Simon, and everyone at Albins enough for everything they did for our family when arranging my grandad’s funeral 🕊️ From the very beginning, they treated us with such kindness, compassion, and understanding, making an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier. Every detail was handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about giving my grandad the beautiful send-off he deserved 🌹 What really sets Albins apart is the personal touch. We never felt like just another family—they supported us every step of the way and always made us feel we were in safe hands. Their warmth, respect, and genuine care meant more to us than words can say 🤝 From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the whole team at Albins. We will always be grateful for your kindness, your compassion, and the incredible care you showed my grandad and our family. I honestly couldn’t recommend you highly enough and wouldn’t trust anyone else with someone so precious 🤍

Yesterday 25th of June was my aunties funeral with albins & son and they gave her such a beautiful and dignified send of so polite and friendly really helpful above and beyond couldn't have asked for more my mum her twin was so impressed ty so much

FA Albin & Sons are well known in the Bermondsey area, and my parents were more than happy to prearrange their arrangements with such a prestigious company. Now alas both have left us, but on both occasions the staff at Albins have given exemplary service. If there is one thing that stands out more than anything, is the vernacular and manner of all the Albin staff, is true Bermondsey, and you feel you are having the a neighbour and dear friend deliver you on your final journey. At the saddest time for a family , all the Albin staff treat you with such dignity and real Bermondsey soul. This is an outstanding organisation, rich in history, pageantry and respect.

We couldn't have been happier with the customer service from Albin & Sons. James introduced himself and said he'd be looking after us and he did. He (and colleagues), were so respectful and caring throughout the morning. Nothing was rushed and any query was listened to and answered. I would highly recommend Albin & Sons.

Saying goodbye to my mother-in-law was one of the hardest things our family has ever had to do, watching the pain lay heavy on my husband, sister and father in law is heartbreaking, but we truly couldn’t have asked for better support. From the very first meeting, Jane and Mickey in the office made us feel completely at ease. They were warm, patient and so understanding. Mickey especially has such a special way about him — he somehow managed to make an incredibly sad situation feel just that little bit lighter. Not in a way that took away from the sadness, but in a way that reminded us we were in safe hands. His kindness and gentle humour meant more than we can say. Everyone truly needs a Mickey in their life. On the evening of the Mass, Mickey, Jon and his amazing sons were absolutely impeccable. Gracious, calm and deeply respectful, they carried everything out with such dignity. Their quiet presence brought real comfort to us all. The day of the funeral, again was perfection. The white rose placed on the door was such a thoughtful touch. And seeing the staff lined along the street in the rain as we passed their head office in Bermondsey was incredibly moving. They stood there to pay their respects, and that simple act spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. We also want to thank Jamie, who drove us through heavy traffic for two hours to Finchley. His patience and steady professionalism made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and calm. It didn’t go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful. From start to finish, we felt completely looked after. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. They supported us every step of the way with genuine care and compassion, and helped us give Doreen the send-off she truly deserved. She would have been so proud. Thank you, all of you.
