From the moment Dad was placed in their care he was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. All the staff were so welcoming , compassionate and could not do enough to help and guide throughout the whole process . The premises were immaculate ,homing a beautiful and tranquil chapel of rest. The day of the funeral ran seamlessly with everything running as it should . I cannot praise and thank Karen and her team at GMFS, who arranged my mums funeral, for the kind and considerate way they dealt with all the proceedings. Everything they did was done in a very dignified manner and they couldn't do enough for me and my family, they were so supportive of us all through this very sad time Thank you GMFS all my family would not hesitate in recommending you

We have used Greater Manchester Funeral Service twice, and both times they provided exceptional care, guidance and compassion. Michael Kennedy is professional and could not do enough for us. He was incredibly kind and understanding, same with Stuart too. We will always be thankful for the dignity and respect they shown our family at the most difficult of times (Twice in nine months).

From the first conversation to the final moments of the service, they were efficient, helpful, and genuinely empathetic. Every detail was handled with professionalism and respect, and their calm guidance made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt fully supported throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate, respectful, and professional team. Michael and his team recently arranged a funeral for an immediate family member. Communication from the team was great - always happy to answer our questions and were helpful and compassionate. Michael is a genuine and down to earth, lovely guy. The funeral itself was well thought out and put together but the care and respect our family member received from Michael while there, was amazing. The time and effort he put in was second to none. It was actually comforting to just know he was in the care of Michael. Huge thanks and appreciation.
