Thank you so much to the family business. What gave my mum a beautiful send off. John was very helpful and very warm to our situation ? Thank you, ladies at the desk. Were very kind and very pleasant and warm.
Russell looked after us, very well, whilst we arranged Mum's funeral recently. Everything was as we wanted and I would recommend. Thankyou Russell and all the staff involved from start to finish, very much appreciated.
Mr Frank Barrett, Daughter Kate, Son John, Pauline, & all the staff, are second to none. An old established Independent Family Firm, carrying on with the virtues, & personal care, it was set up to do in 1873. Pepperdine Barrett, have recently helped me, & extended family, through the devastating loss of my young sister. Professional, caring, compassionate, & thorough in every detail, of losing a loved one. The grieving process, is lightened knowing that you are in 'Good Hands' My surname, should not put you off this review! I'm not involved in the Family Firm, & haven’t posted with any bias, just the truth of service you will receive, as us throughout this extremely sad time. Thank you. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the initial phone call at such a difficult time to collecting mums ashes, the service from everyone was caring, compassionate and utterly professional. As a family we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you
Update on original review. Used Pepperdine Barrett for my mums funeral Dec 2021 and now for my dads Aug 2022. Both times PB provided the perfect send off. Everything from first contact to the day of the funeral went smoothly. We had to delay my mums funeral due to my dad going in hospital They were very sympathetic and gave us the time needed. Just want to say thanks to Kate and the rest at Pepperdine for arranging the perfect send off for my parents. I would highly recommend. Thanks again.
This company deserve MORE than a 5* The staff alone & the help they give..absolutley second to non. The compassion, kindness, consideration & respect shown from start to finish was absolutley outstanding. I just want to thank you and your team for everything from start to finish, my grandads send off was beautiful and nothing was too much for the team involved, & can i just mention the celebrant (Russ) of whom you assigned to do the service - he was also AMAZING, his words, his help and his patience, i will deffinatley use him in the future aswell as yourselves. I highly recommend you both to any and everybody. Thankyou so much for making a hard experience bareable, Alanna x
