I've been today for a visit with my grandad. they come today for a visit they come in to accommodate me when they arent open. They were so compassionate and understanding. Highly recommend

I’m a little late with this review as my mum’s funeral was back in November ‘25. However, upon finalising her affairs this week it occurred to me that I had never publicly commended John Heath & Sons. James looked after our arrangements and it was impressive to see that at our meeting he had a record of my father’s funeral thirty years ago including which member of the Heath family assisted us with that. A true family business. Everyone we encountered in making the arrangements for mum was a pleasure to deal with. From James himself, Emma who helped with the order of service and Roger who looked after us on the day. We felt very well looked after and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

John Heath & Sons were recommended to me, on the death of my uncle. We arranged the details of the funeral with Adam, with his son, James, directing on the day. We also interacted with Adam's daughter, Felicity, and Emma, in connection with the video tribute and Order of Service they compiled for us. Everyone was responsive, sensitive, and efficient throughout, and a difficult day passed smoothly, as a result. Our options were clear, and pricing was transparent.

I can not recommend John Heath and sons enough, I lost my dad last month and from the start John Heaths has been so helpful, Respectful and professional. James who managed my dad’s funeral was a massive help planning the funeral, he was kind and took his time with me to help and also sort the wake for me too taking extra pressure off me. I can’t thank you all enough, the day went perfect and everything ran smoothly and a lovely send off for my dad.

Following the funeral of Joan Worswick on Wednesday 29 April, our family would like to express our deepest gratitude for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by John Heath during such a difficult time for our family. From our very first conversation with James, we were reassured that everything would be handled with understanding, dignity, and respect. Your gentle manner and thoughtful support allowed us to focus fully on honouring Joan’s memory. The journey to the Crematorium will always be remembered for the beautiful flowers, the rays of sunshine, and the reassuring smiles, moments that will remain a special memory in our hearts. The setting at Hutcliffe Wood and the service conducted by Robin Lockwood reflected Joan’s life perfectly and brought comfort to all who attended. We will always remember the kindness you showed us and the way you helped make a challenging process feel a little lighter. Adam and the team at John Heath & Sons were excellent to deal with at a tough time in our lives. They had excellent communication (despite living on the opposite site of the world). The ceremony went as described and we were all happy with the outcome. They arranged online options and played digital messaged from my brother and I at the service.
