Our mum Thelma, passed away recently and we had no hesitation in contacting Rebecca, Warrick and the team to arrange the funeral. After all they had done us proud on 2 previous occasions. It was a very difficult time but we handed all the arrangements over to Rebecca and she very kindly sorted everything we needed to give mum the send off she deserved. From our initial contact, Rebecca kept us updated with the proceedings and nothing was too much trouble. The day of the funeral was perfect, everything was so efficient, caring and compassionate. The day couldn't have gone more smoothly, even the weather played nice. (Although, I think that was out of the team's hands). Once again we would like to thank with all our hearts Rebecca, Warrick and the team for giving mum the best send off possible, and making the whole experience stress free. Also, thanks to Carol for the lovely service. To finish we would whole heartedly recommend Hoylands to anyone who has lost a loved one. Sue, Les, Gwen, Debbie and family.
They recently did my mother's funeral and they were very good. Couldn't have asked for any more in terms of professionalism and kindness. They were also very helpful with all the details.
I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful family run business. During what was an extremely emotional time, we felt reassured that our mum was in caring hands. We were guided gently through the whole process and we knew we could be confident that the day itself would be everything we wanted it to be. I would highly recommend.

It is steady supporting hand to guide you through what would otherwise be a distressing time. I cannot thank Warrick, Riana and Rebecca enough for their help and friendship, and for taking care of our lovely mum.
