I’d just like to say a big thank you to you all for your compassion and empathy throughout probably the worst few months of my life losing my dad and a very good friend in the space of 2 month , and to Kevin for all you did for my friend mark while he was in your care keeping me informed with all aspects of what was happening I’ll never forget what you did for us and made the process go So smoothly a simple thank you just doesn’t seem enough for all you did , I’ll always recommend your services to anyone who needs them as you all actually care about your clients .

J F Knights at Meadowhead were absolutely incredible when conducting my husbands funeral. Initial inquiries were made with Kevin who was the utmost professional. My husband passed away at home and Kevin, along with his father, came to collect him. They were both incredibly supportive and showed such kindness and sensitivity. Kevin's kind, compassionate, empathetic and understanding nature was beyond appreciated. Tracey in the Meadowhead office, who organised the entire funeral service, was quite simply exceptional. We could not have asked for a friendlier, kinder, understanding person. She listened to absolutely everything we had to say, she gave advice when needed, she gave suggestions when appropriate and had a wonderful gentle nature. Tracey made me feel as though I was dealing with a friend and not simply a contact. J F Knights are fortunate to have Tracey working with them. I would highly recommend J F Knight. Thank you all.

Jamie was great from the initial contact. He was able to give me the figures up front. Jamie came to see us in our own home and was couteous obviously but more than that he was understanding and very helpful. Kevin had to call for a signature and he too was just lovely. They had to be really patient at times as we made various change and on the saddest day the team were so thoughtful and looked after us so well. Their uniforms and the limousines were absolutely immaculate. Jamie and his team gave us a 5* service and we thank them them for their kindness to us in our distress.

From the very first meeting, Jamie guided us through the whole process perfectly. Everything on the day was flawless, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure my dad had the best send-off possible. Can't thank Jamie and his team enough. Dad was adamant he wanted a, 'None attendance' funeral and Jamie provided this service. He was professional, gave advice and respected dad's and ours wishes. Highly recommended.

The saddest day of my life was made a positive experience by all the team at J F Knights. All aspects in communication, care of my deceased son, funeral preparations and the smooth running on the day of the funeral were excellent. Genuine care, compassion and respect was given at all times by all staff. Everything was individualised to the needs of my deceased son and the family, including the dog. The team made me feel that our funeral was their most important one ever. I have used other companies and been satisfied with their service, but J.F.
