Knapman Family Ltd

Overall our experience with the Knapman family was good. At times they were a little bit lacking with regards to information but as we asked questions they were very quick to get back to us with answers thank you for looking after our loved one. However our experience with knapmans chosen male celebrant is a different story. We found him to be insensitive and uncaring twice during our loved ones funeral he made mistakes and made an insensitive comment which upset us greatly. We would have complained to him directly after the funeral but he had disappeared. Losing a loved one is beyond heartbreaking what you need is kindness, care and compassion not upset and stress at the hands of an arrogant celebrant.

What a fantastic service provided by such lovely people Marc and Cassy made things so much easier for us We don't live in Plymouth and was arranging a funeral for our brother in Plymouth. Without the support guidance and advice from Knapman Fhneral Servjce we would have been lost Thank you so much for your wonderful service provided to us and our brother

My sister and I lost our younger brother, we are from the liverpool area and our brother lived in plymouth. We looked at lots of different funeral companies as we dont live in Plymouth and as soon as we began reading about knapman family we new that this is what we wanted for our brother, a service caring and so professional, Cassie, Mark and Sharon who cared for us as a family and guided us through everything, I can't actually find the words to thank them all for the service they delivered, we would like to thankyou all for such a supportive,caring genuine manner that you gave to us all from the beginning to the end. Everything was how he wanted and that's all down to the knapman family who go above and behond for you.

A huge, huge thank you to you all for everything you have done to help make todays funeral so much easier. A special thank you to Marc for this morning aswell. Everyone has been so professional and kind. Knapmans have made a difficult situation so much easier for me and as much as no one wants to have to use a funeral directors, I recommend them 100%, time and again! Thank you for all you have done.

Denise and I would like to thank you and the team for your professional and personal service. From the first initial telephone call when my sister passed on the 5 October through to the final farewell at Ford Park Chapel was faultless. Cassie, you guided us through a difficult process and talked through the various options before we decided on a service at Ford Park Chapel, which was a perfect. The order of service that Marc put together was amazing, and I particularly liked the personal contact with the florist. We had the opportunity to meet the wonderful Zoe, and finally the Celebrant Sharon who put together a perfect service to celebrate my sister's life.

I cannot thank Marc and the team enough for the care, patience and respect they showed my late father and my family. They made an incredibly heartbreaking time somewhat bearable. As a family we will be forever grateful for your professionalism and compassion. I will always highly recommend you to anyone in need of your services. Thank you again.
