There are some people who come into your life during your darkest moments and leave a mark on your heart forever. Holly is one of those people. She has now guided our family through two devastating losses—my dad's funeral two years ago and our nana's funeral this year. I truly don't know how we would have got through either without her. Holly is one of the kindest, most compassionate people we have ever met. She has the most incredible gift of making you feel safe, supported, and cared for when your world has fallen apart. She didn't just organise two funerals for our family—she carried us through our grief with such love, patience, and kindness that we will never forget her. Every conversation, every small detail, every act of kindness came straight from the heart. She treated our dad and our nana with such dignity and respect, as though they were members of her own family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever too small. Even on the hardest days, Holly somehow brought comfort and calm when we needed it most. To everyone at Leeches Funeral Home, thank you for your professionalism and compassion. But to Holly—thank you will never be enough. You are a truly remarkable person, and our family will carry your kindness in our hearts forever. You made the impossible feel bearable, and that is a gift we can never repay. The staff were kind, gentle and catered to most of my needs. The service received from them was exceptional. I never had any worries from start to finish. When we arrived at the crematorium, the staff made sure we were informed about everything and they guided us with great care. Holy and Paula did an excellent job in catering to my needs for my mum.

I was happy with the actual care & funeral. I believed there was some miscommunication that caused a last minute rush the evening before the funeral. I mentioned this to their customer relations team who are terrible , they just fobbed me off. I would recommend after discussing your arrangements getting it all in writing to avoid this.

We had a good experience dealing with Leech . COOP funeralcare , largely because Paula Bond our funeral consultant worked so hard to make sure the funeral went well on the day . Thank you Paula , you did a great job !
