Loxley Memorials LTD

Loxley Memorials Ltd is a marble and monumental masons business serving Birmingham and surrounding areas. It caters for Catholic, Church of England, Muslim, Chinese, Jewish and other individual memorial requirements. The company offers new memorials, renovation and additional inscriptions, and undertakes all types of plaques or granite signs for councils, businesses and individuals.

The process of selecting and installing a gravestone is described by customers as unhurried and considerate, with Jane notably praised for her friendly approach and her success in sourcing a material the family were happy with, contacting suppliers directly to achieve this. Colin is singled out for responding promptly to a first enquiry and arranging a meeting so that requirements for a memorial on a great-grandfather's burial plot could be discussed in detail. The informative guidance provided during these conversations is mentioned repeatedly, as is the helpful manner of everyone involved, creating an experience one customer describes as a welcome change.

A memorial completed for a late wife is spoken of as a job done well, and the carving and masonry work itself is regarded as carefully executed. Communication is reported to have been strong from the outset, with appointments arranged without trouble and questions answered clearly as decisions were made about stone and design. A recurring observation is that the team makes a difficult set of choices easier to manage, maintaining a personal and reassuring presence throughout the work.
