The service and kindness we received as a family from the moment I called Ginns and Gutteridge was faultless. We have used you for other family members before and have to say the professionalism, kindness, compassion shown is second to none. What has been a stressful and difficult time is made as simple as possible. Sara was simply outstanding in every way and made us feel comfortable and looked after. Ginns and Gutteridge were absolutely outstanding in the service they gave for my mum. The attention to detail was second to none and they accommodated everything both she and I had asked for. Nothing short of perfect. From first contact the whole funeral was just what we as a family asked for.. Billy at Uppingham Road saw to everything we asked for. Maggie from Vaughan Way was so genuine and so kind too.. all the pall bearers and drivers made his last trip beautiful. Our lady who did his service made sure every detail was correct. As the family came together for Paul's wake .. they all commented about the wonderful treatment we all received.. Paul..you were loved so much..even with your Tottenham flag and flowers.
