I write this with great humility, I cannot recommend Sarsfield Memorials highly enough. From our very first conversation to the final installation of the headstone, the service we received was exceptional. A special thank you to Ursula, whose kindness, compassion, and genuine care made such a difficult time so much easier to bear. She guided us through every stage of the process with patience, understanding, and professionalism, ensuring that every detail was exactly right. Choosing a headstone for our beloved friend, colleague, and soldier was never going to be easy, but Ursula her empathy and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that we were creating a fitting and lasting tribute. Sarsfield Memorials Liverpool recently cleaned my parents Grave Headstone. It was in a very bad condition and the White Marble was more like Black Marble!! We received an excellent service from Sarsfield. Ursula was extremly helpful and advised us on the best way to clean the stone. The job was completed to a very high standard, the stone was returned to its beautiful white finish, you would never have known the stone was 45yrs old! I would highly recommend this company.

A wonderful experience from start to finish with Sarsfield. Ursula was incredibly kind, and her communication throughout was professional and prompt. We're delighted with the memorial erected on our family's previously unmarked grave, and as we're not local, Ursula sent a photo on the day it was erected. A huge thank you to everyone involved.

Ursula, came to my home and we discussed how we wanted the headstone and the words we wanted to convey. She listened and helped us to agree on what we wanted….such a beautiful headstone and wording!
