Welsby Memorial Ltd

I cant reccomend or thank Welsby Memorials enough. 20 years ago they made a white marble stone for my mum. I tried to arrange for Welsby to remove and profesionally clean it earlier this year, however unfortunately after months of difficukties with Knowsley Cemetory and their requirements, i lost hope and cancelled my request with Welsby this week. They where so apologetic even though it was out of their hands, and they had supported me fantastically throughout. I received a picture this morning, completely unexpected, of my mums stone beautifully clean after an impressive deep clean on site. The team at Welsby had been aware of this issue id had, and whilst on site earlier in the week, had taken it upon themselves to clean, on site, mums headstone to an incredible standard, out the goodness of their hearts. No thank you expected and no invoice followed on. Just good people with huge hearts. ❤️

I would just like to say a massive thank you to the team at welsby memorials. From the initial planning, our vision of what we wanted to having everything to the last detail. Nothing was ever to much and the customer service was always second to none.

From start to finish, the customer service is wonderful. They did a great job on my mums headstone. They brought my words to life and it looks amazing. I know my mum would approve. A very lovely attentive, kind company. Thank you very much. 100% would recommend.

Well I’d like to say how brilliant Welsbys have been while carrying out the work on my mums headstone. They make you feel welcome when you go in there and keep you updated from start to finish. Couldn't fault Welsby memorials ...i found their customer service second to non , especially Andrew who couldn't have been more helpful in every way !! Am absolutely delighted and couldnt be more pleased with the service /understanding/wishes and workmanship they delivered at a time we wish we would never have to endure.
