All our business was conducted by telephone and email, with no need to visit an office. Their staff were careful at each stage to confirm the inscription and its layout. A completely professional, sympathetic, and compassionate service.
Tom is a very efficient and effective lawyer, who apart from winning my case, made sure I felt fully supported and guided throughout what was a difficult time for me. Would definitely recommend
We are delighted with the added subscription to the existing headstone. . The writing matches perfectly and the correspondence through out was amazing . They even polished the stone for us and it looks as good as new. Thank you so much.
We can't thank Peter, Irene & the T McGowan team enough for the support when our Mum passed away, from our initial meeting looking for our memorial and advising everything required made a difficult job very easy. Today they erected the most beautiful headstone and we are so pleased. We would have no hesitation in recommending them in your time of loss. Thank You.
I live 240 miles away from Glasgow so all contact was made by phone and email. I was kept fully informed of what was happening throughout. I couldn't be happier with the headstone for my late Aunt and also the clean and re-erection of my grandparents headstone. Professional, friendly, lovely people who go the extra mile. would highly recommend.
just had my mum's details added to a headstone at Sandymount and my dad's inscription re-gilded. Took a wee while to get it done but fantastic job. Stone was given a thorough clean and a new wee flower vase added. Looks smashing.
I have considered whether to write a review very carefully and I do not leave negative reviews lightly. He has no stone. Literally nothing to sell us other than an item rejected by another family. However , it was the way that it wa dealt with that I objected to and I found upsetting at what is already an emotive time. Stone generally comes from abroad by boat with long lead times. One must order the stone many months before the stonesetting , ideally after the death and we did not do that. However, he has no stone on hand. Nothing. Nor was he prepared to commit to any future date or be straightforward. It was a most unpleasant encounter, lasting well over 20 mins. What really annoyed me is that he cast aspertions towards his competitor, alleging that his stone was Chinese, of poor quality and 'likely to crack'. That was a low blow. Foul man.
