4.9 / 5 · 68 totalB Jenkins were so helpful from the very first contact. They helped with my husbands funeral with the utmost respect and made everything very clear and easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and if you like history- their building is wonderful.
The whole team, lead by Gary are so professional and caring it makes me cry thinking of how good they have been throughout the whole sad time of the passing of our Mum. If you want someone who immediately understands, who can empathise and at the end of it makes things that are painful and easy step to take then this company is for you. Mum had pre arranged some of the matters some time ago, but they were there for everything else. The only thing I will say negatively is that the family cars (some of there fleet is old) need updating. We had 5 cars.
Gary and the rest of the family have buried all my family that have passed since the 1960s and also my friend tasha who passed on the 10th Feb 26. They are the best at what they do. They did a great service for my mum too in 2017. Couldn't recommend them enough 👌 I will also be with them when my time comes lol
Gary and the staff arranged my lovely dad's funeral. We have been using them since the 1970s. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to support us and answer any questions. They are all very kind, caring and professional.
B Jenkins & Sons dealt with both of our parents funerals. They were professional and respectful in all aspects and easy to speak to with prompt replies. Very pleased with their Service.
First class service. Mum was treated with dignity and care. Staff couldn't do enough for us.Gary even opened the chapel for us on a bank holiday. Me and my family can't thank you enough for guiding us through everything from start to finish. God bless you all
I would just like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at B.Jenkins for all their help at this sad time for us after the passing of our mother.All the staff we dealt with were great and especially Emily and Gary who we spoke to the most,.They were fantastic from start to finish and I can't speak highly of them enough,I was unsure about everything but they explained everything professionally and respectively and I'm very grateful for what they did,they were more than helpful and even tried to save us money when they didn't have to. A BIG THANKS and just to let you know it was appreciated all you did.
