Barclays is a member of the Dignity group and that word, dignity, sums up perfectly our experience with Marion's funeral. From the moment of advising Barclays of Marion's passing their consideration of feelings, their endeavour to ensure all was correctly and sympathetically carried out for the wishes of Marion and the family was perfect.. All requests and wishes were performed swiftly and correctly and the professionalism of staff was exemplary. In particular we wish to thank Georgia at the Davidson's Mains branch and Stephen who managed the final day with great care and consideration and dignity.

Absolutely first rate handling of our funeral arrangements. Hugely careful, professional and attentive staff managing the arrangements and looking after our needs on the day. It may be sad circumstances under which we worked with Barclays, but their staff genuinely made the actual experience as pleasant (or even enjoyable, if we can say that?) as it could have been.
