Belfast Memorials

Memorial work in Belfast draws a divided response, with the quality of completed headstones and memorial plaques frequently singled out for praise. A number of customers describe beautifully produced stones for family graves, alongside reasonable pricing and a helpful, caring manner throughout. Stephen, named in feedback, is repeatedly credited with expertise and advice, guiding families through the choice of lettering and design and showing considerable patience from the first enquiry to installation. Communication comes up as a strength, with instructions taken on board and progress explained clearly, and the standard of finishing on granite bases and laser-etched plaques is noted.

Reviewers also mention generosity of time, including assistance at the cemetery. Something that features in review after review is the handling of problems after fitting, and here the accounts are less favourable: repeated complaints describe fading lettering and incorrect or missing inscriptions, with promised corrections and replacements not carried out despite payment. Some describe being unable to resolve the matter through further contact, and one describes receiving an aggressive message when raising concerns. Faulty workmanship and unfulfilled remedial promises form the core of the dissatisfaction, leaving a mixed picture of craftsmanship set against aftercare.
