4.8 / 5 · 51 totalI found the service of Grimmett & Timms top class from the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble, they were all very caring, supportive and empathetic. They took one of the photos I gave them for my Mum's order of service and put it in a frame which was placed on the coffin, which was a lovely unexpected surprise. I got them to sort out the orders of service and they did a beautiful job. I cannot fault the service I received with an extra thank you to Courtney. I would not hesitate to recommend Grimmett & Timms.
At a very sad time for all of the family every member of Grimmett & Timms were there to help and support us. They listened to our requests and any concerns we had and the funeral was exactly what we wanted. They were also still very helpful and attentive after the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Grimmit and Timms have been brilliant in arranging my mum's funeral. It has been the most heartbreaking and painful time for us all as a family. Our grandad long ago worked for Grimmit and Timms and so it was only natural for us to use them as our chosen funeral director. Our coordinator has been Stacey. Stacey has been absolutely lovely to work with, patient, kind, thoughtful, considerate and sincere. Nothing has ever been too much trouble from start to finish and we are very grateful to her for everything she has done to make our mum's send off perfect. From the bottom of my heart Stacey, Thank you! Martin our funeral director and his pallbearers were great. Along with the pallbearers, my daughter, brother and myself carried our mum into the chapel. Instructions of how to carry mum were given, which we were so grateful for, as we were nervous of getting things wrong. Martin made sure that all stationery was in place for everyone before the service began. The whole service was floor-less and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Our celebrant was Charlotte Wheeler-Smith through Grimmit and Timms. The whole process has been faultless, the level of time, dedication, detail and love that was put in for my mum's service was outstanding and truly beautiful. Everyone that attended my mum's funeral said, time after time how beautiful it all was. My mum would have been blown away with it. Through such a heartbreaking time, one no one really wants to face or bare, but we have to do the best we can for our cherished loved ones, as we always have - I wholeheartedly recommend Grimmit and Timms to give our loved ones the sent off they truly deserve. Thank you to your all at Grimmit and Timms for everything you have done - we will be forever grateful.
My mum had taken out a funeral plan with Grimmett & Timms nominated. Everything went very smoothly. Courtney in particular, my main point of contact, was excellent. All queries answered and communication prompt.
Grimmet and Timms were so helpful and professional. They guided us through at every point and gave my brother a great send off.
The service was fantastic..Courtney looked after my Brother and I through the whole process .. Our Mum was in safe hands at all times ..The lads on the day of her funeral were professional, caring with complete empathy .I would recommend these guys for your loved ones .. Its such a traumatic time in anyone's lives but with their support they allow you to give your family member the send off they deserve .Thank you .
