What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Caring, respectful attention runs through the accounts left for this Liverpool funeral director. A number of reviews mention how staff took charge of arrangements and kept families informed at every stage, with Paul singled out for guiding people through funeral planning and providing updates from first contact to the day itself. Anne, Ann, Lyndsay and Lynsey are named for their helpfulness, patience and willingness to take calls whenever questions arose, while Carl is credited with overseeing proceedings on the day. Various customers describe funerals running smoothly, with instructions discussed beforehand being followed exactly, and one family notes that arrangements made many years in advance were honoured without difficulty.

The celebrant Jan is thanked for a eulogy that captured a life eloquently, and services covering cremation and memorial requirements are reflected in the range of work described. A dignified and sympathetic manner is a point that comes up often, alongside professionalism and friendliness. Reviewers also value the breadth of experience brought to each arrangement, describing the funeral as a fitting tribute. The same names returning across different families suggest a team whose care is remembered long after the service.

Howard Jenkins carried out my dads funeral in January 2013 and more recently my mums funeral on 12 February 2026. My mum and dad paid for their funerals in 2010. Both funerals ran smoothly. Everything I had discussed with the funeral director was listened to and adhered to on the day. I could ring Paul whenever I needed to and he kept me fully informed. Carl was overseeing everything at my mums funeral on the day. and he did a good job. The afternoon before he gave me a courtesy call. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be planning and paying in advance for my own funeral with them in the next few months as I trust them completely. They are very honest too.
