Colin dealt with our initial enquiry very promptly and arranged a meeting with his colleague Jane so we could go through our requirements for a gravestone to go on my Great-Grandad's burial plot. Jane was an absolute delight. She was very friendly and made the process as simple as possible. She went above and beyond to find a material we were happy with, even reaching out to suppliers to send out small sample stone pieces so we'd be happy with the end result. Jane gave a clear breakdown of prices and timescale from ordering to the memorial going into place on the plot. She was excellent at keeping us updated. The memorial went onto the plot last Wednesday and we could not be more pleased. We really recommend using this company.
