I was so pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the inscription on my dad’s headstone, but nothing was too much trouble. The team dealt with everything professionally, kept me informed and corrected the error without any fuss. Amazing service from first contact regarding my dads head stone lettering needing re-done, Anna & the team were fantastic, from organising Council cemetery approval, collecting my dads headstone & finally being put back on site. Amazing service 👏👏

They re-sited a headstone very well but the surrounding area would not support the new positioning of the headstone. The area was left inclined, with gaps underneath the plinth - which they also damaged. However, the plinth was replaced free of charge with no quibbles.
