Yardley memorials is brilliant couldn't have asked for a better headstone for my 6 year old boy they kept me up to date all the way and are very friendly thank you so much

Staff have a good awareness of subject area and I found them helpful. Awaiting completion of my order.

I went in on the off chance as the council had already advised me to 'shop around' for inscription services, as this is right opposite the cemetery I asked the 'boss' if he had any prices and examples he could show me. Do not approach this company, avoid at all costs. Told me to ring the council. Said why should we (meaning his company) be expected to do the councils work for them. I mean, he never showed any sort of compassion or empathy, he obviously didn't listen to what I had said, and one day will come when he may need some of the above. -10 stars

Wasn’t open when we visited tried calling and no answer

I was looking for a stonemason to engrave the wording on my parent’s headstone. As they will be located at Yardley, I thought this place would be the most convenient to help. However, the 'service' received was disgusting. I am gathering from other reviews that the person I tried to engage with was 'Pete'. Well, if it is him, he has a seriously bad attitude and no people skills whatsoever. I am glad he will not be doing the work; he does not deserve it. He has no empathy at all and is more interested in trying to talk over you. I have only rated this company as one star as you cannot post the review without giving one, otherwise it would be less.
