From start to finish they handled everything with compassion, dignity and professionalism during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble, and they gave our dad the respect and send off he deserved. A special thank you to everyone involved for their kindness, support and guidance throughout the entire process. It genuinely made a difficult time a little easier for our family. Highly recommend their services to anyone going through a loss.
I can't thank Allan Menzies enough for the care and compassion they showed to us when our Mum died very suddenly, and we unexpectedly found ourselves planning a funeral. Sheree held our hand through the whole process and we will be forever grateful to her. She is an absolute asset to the company. There aren't enough words I can find to thank her. The whole process was stress and worry free and the day of the funeral went so smoothly and the staff who attended on the day were such lovely gentlemen. I would 1000% recommend Allan Menzies to anyone needing funeral services- you and your loved will be looked after beautifully. Thank you all so very much.
I recently used Allen Menzies Alexandra Parade Glasow for my grandson Kevins funeral.I went in there with no idea were to start.We met with Evelyn who immeadiatly put us at ease .Everything was put in place ,nothing was too much trouble .From start to finish the service we received was amazing ..I can honestly say we never felt like just another customer ,we were treated respectfully and sympathetically by everyone involved from start to finish .I cannot recommend this company highly enough there really are not enough words from myself and family to express our thanks and appreciation .They made a very difficult time a little easier . Sheree is an Angel . We can not thank her enough for her compassion, empathy, advice and knowledge. This was our first time going through the process of having to organise a funeral, we felt comforted throughout the full process.
I would like to thank the lovely team at Allan Menzies Bridgeton for their care of my aunt and their support with arranging the funeral. We had to change arrangements a few times but nothing was a problem for Marie who was lovely and compassionate. On the day of the service Aidan was extremely helpful and professional.
Couldn’t thank Sheree enough from first meeting till my dad’s final journey & afterwards also. My dad was looked after great & Sheree done us proud looking after our dad also. Her personal touch were amazing- couldn’t thank her/Parkhead branch and also the staff at mortuary enough.
What a wonderful team at Allan Menzies Parkhead. Faultless from start to finish. Sheree at the office is such a lovely girl who is very welcoming and patient and so compassionate too, a total asset to Allan Menzies. Alistair was our Funeral Director who was very professional as was the rest of his team on the funeral day. Connor who I met when my Nana was being picked up from the home after her death was patient with the family and very professional and compassionate too. Many small touches from the full team which meant more than they will ever know. Overall, 10/10 and I would recommend everyone to use Allan Menzies for all funeral needs.
