Our family used Margaret Fraser as she was recommended to us and certainly did not disappoint The care and compassion was beyond words and I was so greatful the way she handled my wee sisters funeral from beginning to end totally amazing from the bottom of my heart . Margaret went out her way to accommodate all our wishes keeping the priority and dignity with my siste at all times, which gave me comfort she was well looked after with Margaret until the day came to lay her to rest . The day couldn't have been more perfect and flawless and I am sure my sister would have approved as she liked nothing but the best and Margaret and her family done that . If I could add more gold stars it would cover this whole page. Margaret went above and beyond .She was caring, thoughtful, understanding,. She was the guidance that I needed to help me with my mums funeral. She's a great listener with so much empathy. She always had a shoulder to lean on when I was finding it hard. Mum's funeral was perfect. It went so smoothly and efficiently to the very last detail. There are no words to say how much I appreciated Margaret's help and support and the love and care she had for my mum. Leaving mum there on the run up to her funeral I knew my mum would be looked after. Every little detail of mums funeral was perfect. I cannot thank Margaret and her team for all their support. I work locally supporting vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health related difficulties and have called on Margaret's services a few times over the years. I have always known Margaret and her team to be professional, experienced and caring but there is something very unique in Margaret's approach. The compassion and understanding Margaret shows to everyone she comes into contact with is amazing, and I mean everyone. Margaret was supporting us to have a young man laid to rest who due to circumstances spent some time at Margaret's parlour. When Margaret happened to mention she played music she thought this young man would like and talked to him as she was going about her working day I had to fight back tears. I was totally overwhelmed. Who wouldn't want their loved one to be looked after with this amount of passion and real empathy. I cannot thank Margaret enough for all her support and advice and wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend her services.

What can I say, Margaret and her team where amazing from start to finish, so caring and compasionate to us as a family. Margaret helped us plan everything, and was there for us day & night.
