Throughout the entire process, they treated my mother with the utmost dignity and respect, which brought us great comfort during such a difficult time. We would especially like to thank Terri Summers, who supported our family every step of the way. Her kindness, compassion, and professionalism made an incredibly difficult experience much more manageable. She guided us through every aspect of planning the service, offering thoughtful advice and resolving any issues that arose with care and efficiency. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received and would not hesitate to recommend The Earl of Plymouth Funeral Directors to anyone seeking compassionate and professional funeral care.

Earl of Plymouth went above and beyond. Terri was amazing from the first time we met and on the day. Even when I picked mum up they was brilliant I couldn't ask for nicer friendly and professional staff . Im now going to sort out my brothers and mine funeral plans. I can't praise earl of Plymouth more fantastic service 👏

Dignity Funerals directors are amazing they helped us through the whole process with planning my father in laws funeral, Terri helped us through the whole process and I couldn't of asked for anyone better she took all the strain off of us so we had time to Mourne. Dignity are so good we have now planned our own funerals with them, Sarah helped us through the whole process and we are now covered and our funerals are arranged

Earl went above and beyond for my mum’s funeral. Mum was Italian so they put an Italian flag over the coffin and wore Italian coloured ties. This made it more special.

Words can’t describe how supported we felt from the staff at the Earl of Plymouth. Every detailed accommodated every request covered.. Sympathetic and totally engaging..
