Absolutely first class service from Kelly and the team. From the initial, very difficult, first phone call right the way through to collecting my mother in laws ashes, they were fantastic. They made us feel at ease and able to relax knowing they had everything under control. They were thorough, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very respectful and all done in such a warm and friendly way.
Recently used fair cost funerals my son suddenly passed away so had to start planning a funeral i visited fair cost funeral was greeted by Kelly smithson who gave us lots of information regarding planning a funeral. Kelly is a lovely lady was caring and very sympathetic and respectful. I would definitely recommend them they go above and beyond to give you a good service thankyou so much.
Kelly and the team have done my late sister, Katie proud, they cared for her and provided a fantastic service from start to finish, the whole funeral service was just fantastic and still to this day people talk about Katie's service. Kelly went above and beyond for us and even the little details she added was much appriciated, at such a difficult time Kelly was there with us every step of the way. Well what can I say, Kelly and the team have done my late brother Adrian proud, they cared for him and provided a fantastic service from start to finish, the whole funeral service was just fantastic and everything I had asked was done. Kelly has gone above and beyond and this was not about money but it was about fantastic customer service and attention to detail. I cant thank them enough and my heart is broken but knowing we all gave Adrian a great send off eases the pain. Thankyou. Forever grateful Paul Thompson.
Fabulous service from beginning to end. I live overseas and everything was sorted over emails and the phone. Kelly and Paige were both excellent and helped me thoroughly through this very sad, stressful time. Kelly looked very professional on the day of my Dad's funeral and the service was lovely.
