From the moment Dignity collected our beautiful mother and took her away, Dignity have been so kind, efficient and provided the little touches that make the passing of your mother, just that bit easier. When they collected her, 2 gentleman, I apologise but I can't remember their names, were so kind and looked after our mom so well, they even left a white rose on her bed as a gesture. Arranging the funeral, with the lovely and kind Emma, was difficult, but Emma was very efficient and arranged it beautifully. She broke it down easily and made the job so much easier, because arranging your mother's funeral is not an easy job. She is a credit to the service. The whole team were kind and professional, especially when we viewed her, they gave us time to grieve and be with her. The only negative I have is that I could see my mom through the crack in the doors before I went into the chapel and I wasn't prepared for that, but that is not enough to warrant a bad review or tainting the experience. The day of the funeral ran smoothly and was commented on how much of a lovely service it was. The whole experience with Dignity W H Scott and Sons at Rotton Park Road, has been such a positive experience, nothing was too much trouble and being able to contact Emma via email has made this process so much easier. We have used W H Scott and Sons before and we will definitely be using them again. 10/10, 5 star service all round. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you to each and every one of you. She listened to our requirements, no matter how big or small, and always made time to speak to us when we called. This has helped to ease our mind and allowed us to grieve without having to worry that something might go wrong.
