We received an excellent and professional service from W H Painters Yardley. Michelle was lovely and nothing was too much trouble anytime I had any questions. Peter the funeral director and team on the day were professional and friendly and made sure everything went smoothly and Peter was so reassuring and made us feel confident he and his team would take care of everything. Thank you.
Thank you for all the care and support you gave all our family at a time when we needed it. The amount of phonecalls that i made because I could not remember what had been said half a dozen times and nothing sunk in, and all the amendments, and guess what, I am still on their christmas card list!!!. Special thank you to Helen who never rolled her eyes once even though it was deserved. So grateful to the whole gang and professional service all the way through.
Helen was amazing. She took the time to explain everything especially to my mom, who is hard of hearing. We were not rushed to make any decisions she gave us time to go over the options to ensure that dads day was the day he deserved. She explain in detail why I had to be the one that dealt with it all being the grave owner. She is an amazing member of the team. Peter was also a rock on the day of the funeral, he explained everything and gave the family the time we needed, we didnt feel rushed at all on the day.
All staff we spoke to were respectful and helpful. We had most contact with Katie who was wonderful, very supportive and offered lots of advice and options around the arrangements.
Laura was extremely helpful, offering advice and assistance. She arranged the funeral exactly as requested. Katie was also very helpful and professional on the day of the funeral. We were all very satisfied with how the funeral was organised and conducted.
The two members who stood out for me were definitely Michelle, who was amazing and I will always be grateful for her help, her understanding of the pain we were going through was first class and could not have organised the funeral without her help and Katie who on the day was brilliant and first class,which on the day of a loved ones funeral you really need some one like that . Two excellent members of William Painters.
