Jade and the team, from the point of first contact, looking after my mom, Debbie and the team on the day, and then after the funeral with the collection of mom's ashes, were caring, supportive. All details were taken care of and there was full communication. We felt listened to, supported and fully confident in the care of my mom and ourselves.

A Hazel and Sons ,Made my mums,family amd friends a day to remember. We started from the house where the Hurst was on time. We then made our way to the church. Our driver was Very enjoyable to get on with. It made our journey as if it were a normal day out. They made sure that everyone felt comfortable in the dutys that was a sign to them on the day. From entering the church with the coffin. And again at the graveyard. I would differently recommend them to anyone for 1st class service.

Jade and the team were excellent dealing with my Aunt funeral. Great communication made the whole process easier to deal with at a time when processing information can be difficult. Polite and friendly and empathetic at all times and nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend their services. Thank you everyone for making my "Aunts" day a good one.

I used this funeral directors in October/November 2024 for my sister . It was my first time arranging a cremation service and Jade was absolutely amazing was extremely helpful kind and considerate. Everyone said how lovely the service was . Sadly my Mother has passed away and we decided straightaway to go back to A hazel for the funeral service. Having used Co-Op for my dad last year they were awful , we feel very confident using A hazel and having Jades help with my moms funeral

A Hazel & Son in Erdington were absolutely amazing and thoughtful in all aspects of my dad’s funeral Jade and Sarah were phenomenal and were respectful in every way. My Dad looked so at peace in the Chapel of rest and they took care of everything with us. Because of this myself and my wife will be getting our funerals with A.Hazels.
