Our experience with Exeter St, Plymouth branch was a very empathetic experience. Shaun Maunder made a difficult time go smoothly, was able to give guidance and support where we needed. He read the situation well, when we laughed he laughed with us; when we were sad he showed empathy with caring and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble resulting in a funeral that ran smoothly with attention to details.
