The D Caesar Jones (DCJ) team managed both my late Father’s and recently my Mother’s funerals. Both were a church services and burial in a united grave bringing both parents together once again. The funeral plan for our mother was wonderful in taking the planning away from my siblings in our time of grief and, I must highlight the very short response time from Mum’s passing and triggering the Funeral plan to the respectful collection of our mother from her care home. The gentlemen arriving even remembered our father’s service some years ago which was most touching. Sue was the point of contact for both parents funerals and my siblings and I cannot praise Sue enough for her personable, caring and respectful approach to all aspects of the emotional process.
