Mears Family Funerals - Southampton

I was unfortunate enough to loose 2 close family members within short space of time. From the beginning Caroline from Southampton was so welcoming, kind and gentle with us. She guided our family through a very tough time, giving us her honest and considerate opinion to help us make some difficult choices. Both funerals turned out to be exactly what we wanted and asked for. We felt listened to, her compassion and caring tone made this time a little bit easier. We as a family hope never to need her services again, but if we do, we know we are in the best hands. Thank you x

Thank so much for the service that was provided for my wife's funeral today. Firstly I would like to thank Caroline for making us feel at ease from the very first visit to arrange the funeral. When we first met we were very new to arranging a funeral and this process was made easier due to your friendly nature. Secondly I made various calls and sent various emails and these were answered in a kind manner even though I felt I was adding pressure to yourself you made feel comfortable enough to email and call and I cannot thank you enough for that. The day of the funeral the service you and your team provided was excellent you all made us feel at ease and the journey to the crematorium went without a hitch. The service itself was fantastic and everything we wanted happened and was in place before we arrived. Mears of Southampton was a fantastic funeral home to use and would recommend to anyone that is unfortunately needing to use. Caroline you are amazing at what you do amd how you deal with grieving families and I would recommend anyone to come to you without even hesitating. You are all amazing and i cannot thank you enough for everything keep up the good work and thank you again

Having had to turn to Steve and his team for the second time in as many years I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, compassion and comforting manner in the way they guide you through the arrangements allowing you to plan the celebration of your loved one’s life in your way and ensuring every wish you have is accommodated and respected. Also, a special mention to Victoria one of the celebrants attached to Mears who delivers the service memorably with a tone of compassion and a smile to ensure that your loved one's life is remembered.
