AJ from the start listened to everything I wanted and went out of his way to make sure he did that for me. On the day of the service everything ran smoothly and all the arrangements were beautiful and the team showed much respect and sensitivity. Everyone who attended all came up to me and said how beautiful everything was and that AJ and his team done us all proud. I felt reassured and comfortable from very first meeting with AJ that my Auntie would be handled with care and respect. They pretty much handled everything was supportive with any questions requests i had as well as being kept up to date with all that was happening. The funeral went ahead as well as could be. They also arranged for my late mams headstone to be removed for the burial that i was really worried about because of it's age but i was reassured all would be just fine they also cleaned it redid all the paint work which looked amazing saying it's nearly 20 years old my Auntie was added to the headstone and it was put back safely sisters together again🤍 I would 100% recommend White Rose with your loved ones highly professional in all that they do. Absolutely destroyed our family! My brother was cremated by this company under direction from his ex partner who he was separated from for 4 months! She wouldn’t allow his sister, his brother or his other children that were with his other partners to attend, she kept the date and time secret from us all, only messaging me on the day of the funeral after it had happened to tell me. This company allowed this to happen, even though I reached out multiple times and explained the situation, begging for information, I offered proof of identification to show who I was, they didn’t even check next of her kin status! They were in an on off relationship but never legally married. This company wouldn’t give me any of my brother’s funeral details, they are money grabbers, they don’t care about any difficult family situations, or what’s morally right or wrong, they just care about who’s paid for the funeral, and that’s who they deal with. Family who loved him weren’t able to attend, the last bit of control this wicked woman had! Awful company to deal with in a very stressful and painful time.

I would like to personally thank Aj from the bottom of my heart. While arranging everything for my partner, during such a difficult time, he showed both me and my children genuine kindness, compassion, and dignity every step of the way. I truly felt guided, cared for, and reassured throughout the entire process. His passion for what he does shines through so naturally, and it made an incredibly painful experience feel far more personal, respectful, and comforting than I ever could have imagined. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done, and I cannot recommend White Rose highly enough.
