My mom recently passed away and she had a funeral plan in place using hicktons bartley green branch. I cant express how much we appreciated everything they did for us as a family. They are highly professional but it was the little personal touches that made this whole process so much easier. Lisa was the lady who sorted everything out for us and she was amazing, she introduced us to memory stones that we was able to put into my Moms hand for a few minutes then Lisa put it into a little gift bag with a candle for us to take home. It was the most beautiful idea I had come across it would be the last thing my mom held. Everything we requested was done without any issues. They even wore the colour ties my mom wanted at her funeral (yellow) when they came in the Hurst. Everything was perfect for us and mom they are so caring and kind and so personal to your needs. I myself is in the process of setting up my funeral plan with hicktons at bartley green my choice as a funeral directors. A wonderful caring and respectful family funeral directors.. Lisa and Greg were amazing at organising my dear Dad’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was constant and their care for Dad was fabulous. The order of service was the best I’d ever seen and the actual day was meticulously planned. Absolutely amazing! We used hicktons for both my brother and my dad and they go out of their way to make you feel happy with your service. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Lisa guides you along the process offering advice and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever meet. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would totally recommend to anyone x

Hickton Bartley green- lisa is fantastic she goes above and beyond, we as a family didn't need to worry as we knew lisa was only a phone call away. We lost our dad 2016,lisa looked after us as a family as well as our dad. When we lost our mom nov 2023 we was straight on the phone to lisa as we knew we wanted hickton's to look after our mom.lisa and her team are amazing. Thank you for all you do.
