Jim went above and beyond to see that my Dad was looked after, from leaving the care home to the crematorium. Nothing was too much bother. First class service. Highly recommended.

We would just like to say that James and his team showed nothing but compassion to the family and respect for our late dad. I received a call once they took my dad under their care to let me know they were now looking after him and that they had already gave my dad a shave which was really important to my dad (this information I hadn’t shared with them). We also optioned to have a viewing and my dad looking very peaceful every aspect of the viewing I could not fault we had asked for some things to be placed with my dad and the final touches were place with care and thought. Every aspect of my dads funeral that we wanted was dealt with my Jim and his team we did not have to worry about anything. Jim & his team are amazing and I would recommend their team to anything who unfortunately have to use them for their loved ones

Jim and his team were amazing, they looked after us as a family so well and handled everything for us. Extremely compassionate and respectful, we can't thank you enough.

James Hardie Funeral Services went above and beyond yesterday 23rd November 24 for our families to get my Sister Annmarie from their parlour on Edgefauld Rd to St Catherine's Chapel then to Lambhill Crematorium in that dreadful snow storm. I would definately use Jim again if I ever had to. From start to finish it was a first class service, he kept us informed daily and he organised everything for us. James made a horrible time in my life so much easier with his fantastic service and funeral arrangements. We were walked through the steps and everything was clearly explained. He kept us up to date with progress and checked in on us to ensure our wellbeing was being looked after. A really lovely man. Very straight forward process. 10/10 would use again. Though I hope not for a while.

Can’t thank Jim and his team enough they were amazing. Jim went above and beyond to make sure my auntie had a beautiful send off and everything went perfect. Her coffin, order of service and flowers were beautiful. So professional and respectful. Jim and staff helped made an already hard time so much easier. We were so stressed about planning the funeral, Jim done everything and so much attention to detail went into everything.
