As a family, we cannot thank Victoria and her team at Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors for the respect and care we have received during our recent loss. The moment I first spoke to the Funeral Director Victoria, I knew this would be the right place and how right we were. Victoria kept in contact throughout and on the day of the funeral when we arrived at the funeral home, Mr Jonathan Terry also took the time to come into the room to meet us before we left for the service, this meant a lot to us as a family. All of the team we met when we visited were very kind and respectful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our chauffeur James at the funeral was immaculate, extremely helpful and like Victoria, a credit to the funeral home. Thank you all for everything you did for us.

The care and compassion shown to us as a family on our recent bereavement from Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors really has been first class from beginning to end. The Funeral Director Victoria Dittrich kept in contact with us as a family and nothing was ever too much trouble. The funeral was arranged with my son-in-law who is also a Funeral Director and he cannot speak highly of Victoria and her team for the guidance, sympathy and empathy shown to us as a family. The premises were immaculate and we also had the privilege of meeting Mr Jonathan Terry on the day of the funeral as he came to meet us to offer his condolences before we were leaving for the service, again this shows what a kind, compassionate Funeral Directors they are. I honestly cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend their services should you sadly suffer a bereavement. Thank you to Victoria, Jonathan Terry and all of the team.

Disappointed with the service Jonathan Terry offered We only received the breakdown of cost approximately 12 hours prior to the funeral Even though we had reminded them that nothing had been received Not at all what we expected from a funeral director

From our first contact with Jonathan Terry to the last, we were impressed by everyone’s professionalism, compassion and kindness. Despite my dad passing on Boxing Day, Jonathan Terry came within the hour to collect him. We were able to see him in the chapel of rest and he looked very good, it was clear they had done a brilliant job. We had an unattended cremation however a group of us stood outside and a song was played. The team were very respectful and professional, a thoroughly excellent business that I would recommend to all.

After contacting Jonathan Terry for our mum Angela, sudden death , we spoke to Matt and he was amazing helped us so much with all the arrangements ect and the day went beautifully, thank you ever so much to the team at Pear tree , highly recommend

Many thanks to Jonathan Terry and his team at Bitterne for the kind and respectful way they looked after my late father whilst in their care. As a family, we chose a direct cremation which was my father's wish. Though it was a no-attendance cremation, I (the daughter) did attend. At the crematorium, the funeral directors were very professional, respectful and took great care and time with my late father. Jonathan Terry also arranged to have my father's favourite song played as we entered the crematorium... a lovely personal touch. From beginning to end, Jonathan Terry and his team were excellent. I would not hesitate recommending them
