From our very first contact with Malone and fox , David, Martin and the team was exceptional. He was professional, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the entire process, and nothing was ever a bother. What stood out most was the way he and the team spoke about my Dad with such warmth, dignity and respect, as though they had known him personally. It made us feel that he wasn't just another funeral they were arranging, but a person whose life truly mattered. During one of the hardest times of our lives, Martin guided us with kindness and empathy, making everything so much easier. I cannot thank Malone and Fox enough for everything they did to ensure our precious Mums funeral was dealt with in such a caring compassionate and respectful manner. From the first phone call to the service Martin was so kind and understanding in helping us to cope with making arrangements at this very difficult time.Nothing was too much trouble and he embraced our wishes and made them happen. Martin was only a phone call away and always available to assist with any concerns.Mum was shown the utmost respect from start to finish everything was just as she would have wanted it. David organised a funeral for us at an extremely difficult time. He was very empathetic and helped us organise a funeral for our loved one which helped bring us some peace. David helped with some elements in particular which were very stressful for me. I would highly recommend David at Malone and Fox.
