I was very happy with the service I recently received from E F Edwards, when I needed to arrange a funeral. Sarah Draper was excellent and made sure everything went very smoothly from planning the funeral, preparing the Order of Service and on the actual day itself. It was as straight forward as it could be.

From the first phonecall all staff showed compassion and empathy. We knew what we wanted and they helped with this . They did recommend some other services in regards to order of service , memory book and fingerprints which we all agreed made the day much easier. Thank you

E F Edwards conducted the funeral of my mother, Dawn was lovely arranging everything and Marie directed the service wonderfully. Great empathic service from everyone. Very much recommended.

Mona dealt with my partners fu real arrangements between herself and his father. Was very cold and rude towards myself. Ended up having to sign a waiver and she continuously put me off seeing him in the chapel of rest therefore he was not in a condition I would have wanted to see him. Extremely rude on phone call conversation and seems to lack empathy. Given the service it is regarding you would think there would be more professional employees with an understanding of grief.
