I would like to say thank you to Morton’s for a professional experience,, we thank everyone at Morton’s for helping my sister and I to make my late mothers funeral perfect . We would like to say a big thank you to Mike who made our extremely sad time a happy time . Clearly it’s not a happy time but my sister and my self was happy our perfect the funeral went and we felt my mom had best send off . We would also like to thank Toby for is beautiful speech for our mother. Many thanks.

Particularly thanks to Denise Williams who was sensitive and attentive to every detail from the time of collecting my Mum to the organisation of the funeral. And also to Mike who dealt with my phone calls in a very professional way and managed the transportation of my Mum on the day of her funeral a consummate professional. We were treated with the utmost care and compassion, and the communication with us as a family throughout was exceptional. Every aspect of my Mum’s funeral was superb - we loved seeing the pall bearers and Mike’s respectful (and theatrical) nod to my mother’s coffin at the end. I recently lost my baby daughter. Morton's provided one of the most professional services on the day I have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always met with a swift response. I want to give particular mention to Mike Bennett who oversaw our entire day for my beautiful baby girl. I want to thank Morton's for making the process as smooth as possible for me and my entire family.
